Well, I was very impressed with 'The Dark Div's' rule section found in 'off-topic', so I decided to make a rules section, the rules are the following:
Trading,
- Scamming; Scamming is what we’d call selling an item for a higher price than it is worth, to a player not aware of it being cheaper than you are selling it. You also are aware of the item it’s price and you’re not telling the buyer on purpose so that you will receive a higher amount of gold. Thus, doing this at your own profit or gain.
Proper language,
- I support proper language and use of it. Harassment and foul language are not taken lightly and therefore should be a punishable/warn able offense.
Advertising,
- Advertising for other private servers inside our forums or game servers, is explicitly forbidden. This will not only get you permanently banned, but it will also result in us taking action against the server advertising.
Player Reporting,
- If you see anyone breaking the rules, you will report him or her.
- Also, we’d like to be the ones judging actions of other players and possible rule breakers, do not take action yourself. For example, when being harassed do not return harassing that person. This can and will result in the same punishment for the person harassing you!
Selling accounts,
- Selling accounts for actual currency (real-life) should be against the rules and should be permanently bannable.
Spamming,
- Since it’s very annoying should be a muteable/warn able offense.
Macros - Auto-Clicking, typers or any third party programs,
- Since this ruins the game itself, because robots are playing it for you it’s a warn able/punishable offense.
Abuse Bugs or Glitches,
- We’re always working on them, fixing, busting but we cannot find every single one, therefore if you find a bug or glitch, be sure to report it to xbigstuffx or Jonny at these forums. If you lose items through a bug, we’re afraid that we cannot refund them at this time due to people abusing the refunding. No-clipping is a glitch/bug and therefore It does also apply here.
Threats,
- Threatening is immature, no you’re not going to kill him because he killed you. But still, many people find it annoying and can be offended by this. Punishable/Warn able.
Staff impersonations,
- There’s only one staff, and if you’re not in it – you’re not. Permanently bannable.
False reports
- Reporting someone without him or her ever doing anything wrong will be treated as a severe offense. Punishable/Warnable.
Racist, Sexual talk or anything along those lines,
- Racism is a huge problem in todays society, we do not support it. Therefore, harassing someone because of his or hers origin is a permanently bannable offense/Permanently mutable offense.

Double posting,
- To prevent as much spam as we can, double posting is against the rules.
Posting of any sexual pictures/content
- A lot of minors play this game, therefore posting such content – aimed at adults – is against the rules.
Swearing, flaming, harassing,
- Do not do this, we are trying to maintain a fun community.
Try and use proper English
- We promote the use of proper language; it makes our job easier and makes us able to help you faster.
Posting,
- Do not post anything stating only, for example: "Lol", "Ok", "Nice" ect. It will be considered spamming. Reply with one sentence at least. I'd say a sentence is two words+.
