Add PK points.

Travis should add pk points with a pk points shop. Heres my suggestion on how it should work.

Every account starts with 20 pk points. you get 10 pk points a kill and the player you kill loses 10 points. therefore, when you're opponint has 0 pk points you get none for killing them. This would help stop pk point farmers.

The shop should include - berserker necklace (make it good str), custom rares (different colored party hats and masks.), make armadyl whip or bandos whip, etc.

This would make other players want to pk as well.

good idea but other players who don't pk, simply buy stuff off people who do.
