i agree with cakeasaurus1 that if he killed someone to get them he should have. but if he did dupe them, then he got lucky even getting account back.

However; The items were gained illegally.
The duper duped them, so the items are therefore illegal.

true but he techniquly obtained them legally. since he did not dupe, or scam or anything simply killed.

i agree with system, they are illegal items gained unfairly, patrick did the right thing empty'ing them.
